Acidulous

- Adjective

- Pronunciation (Hindi): एसिड-जुल-अस

- Pronunciation (English): aesid-jul-us

- Meaning: sarcastic; caustic or sharp

- Examples: 1. His acidulous remarks towards the owner put everyone ill at ease.

2. This acidulous drink has burned my tongue.

3. Because the gym trainer spoke to me in an acidulous tone, I chose to take gym membership elsewhere. 

4. Aman apologized because he didn’t realize his comment was acidulous and hurtful to Baman.

5.  If the drink is acidulous, it’s because I used too much lemon juice in the mix.
